Job Description:

A dynamic and award-winning Property & Construction Consultancy are looking to strengthen their Southampton office with the addition of a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Support senior colleagues in delivering Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration services across all stages of the project lifecycle
Gain practical experience across both pre and post contract work

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or related construction degree)
Minimum of 1+ year Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Residential project experience is beneficial
Eager to progress with APC and gain MRICS status
Strong communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
