The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a collaborative Quantity Surveying team delivering cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout London and the South East. Day to day, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support senior team members with cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, valuations, variations, and final accounts. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants. Job Responsibility
Support senior team members with cost planning, procurement, tender analysis, valuations, variations, and final accounts

Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy or construction environment
Strong interest in pursuing MRICS chartership
Good understanding of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties
