Job Description:

An established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Watford to work on healthcare projects ranging from £250k to £40m with NHS clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the full project lifecycle from initial feasibility through to final account
  • Work on refurbishment and new build healthcare projects
  • Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Basic Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • Able to commute to Watford office

Nice to have:

Healthcare or Public Sector project experience
