Job Description:

An established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Watford to work on healthcare projects ranging from £250k to £40m with NHS clients.

Job Responsibility:

Support the full project lifecycle from initial feasibility through to final account
Work on refurbishment and new build healthcare projects
Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Basic Pre & Post Contract Experience
Able to commute to Watford office

Nice to have:

Healthcare or Public Sector project experience
