Job Description:

A respected, RICS-registered construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Hatfield. This offers exposure to high-profile projects for UK’s best-known retail brands, career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work on high-profile projects for some of the UK’s best-known retailers
Collaborate on a diverse portfolio including distribution centres, retail shells, brownfield conversions, and more
Work closely with directors and other surveyors from project inception through to completion

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Internship, Work Experience, Placement year – ideally 1-2 years minimum
Basic Pre and Post Contract experience
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Eagerness to progress towards chartership
