Job Description:

A well-established, boutique property and construction consultancy is currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual at the early stages of their QS career to gain hands-on experience across a diverse mix of high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The consultancy works with a wide range of private clients, offering tailored service, strong career progression, and structured APC support in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
Support cost reporting, valuations, and contract administration
Contribute to procurement and tender analysis
Help administer JCT contracts across multiple live projects
Attend client meetings and support risk/change management processes
Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across key schemes

Requirements:

1-3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS-accredited)
Exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties
Keen to pursue MRICS chartership
Confident communicator with a proactive and detail-driven approach
Interest in residential and commercial developments in London
