Assistant quantity surveyor

• Assist with cost control, budgeting, and reporting
• Support tenders, variations, and procurement
• Maintain site costs, invoices, and subcontractor records
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and processes
• Support project documentation and contract administration
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors

• HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred)
• Practical experience in QS or Assistant QS duties
• Knowledge of electricity and water utilities projects is a plus
• Some experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civils, groundworks, utilities or construction
• Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Team player willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
