About the Role They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support the Project Manager and Site Manager in delivering multi-utility solutions for electricity and water connections on single-site developer projects.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with cost control, budgeting, and reporting
Support tenders, variations, and procurement
Maintain site costs, invoices, and subcontractor records
Ensure compliance with industry standards and processes
Support project documentation and contract administration
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
Requirements:
HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (preferred)
Practical experience in QS or Assistant QS duties
Knowledge of electricity and water utilities projects is a plus
Some experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civils, groundworks, utilities or construction
Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
Team player willing to learn and grow in a supportive environment
Nice to have:
