Job Responsibility:
Assist in delivering cost consultancy services from feasibility to final account
Support the preparation of cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement advice
Help administer building contracts under JCT and NEC forms
Attend client meetings and contribute to project reporting
Work closely with senior Quantity Surveyors and project managers
Engage with the APC process and take advantage of structured mentorship
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side role
RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Interest in sectors such as residential, commercial, or education
Ambition to achieve MRICS status
