A well-established property and construction consultancy is currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their North London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual at the early stages of their QS career, looking to gain hands-on experience across a mix of residential and commercial developments. The consultancy supports a wide range of private and public clients across London, offering strong career progression and structured APC support in a collaborative team environment. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in delivering cost consultancy services from feasibility through to final account. The role will involve supporting senior team members in cost planning, contract administration, and procurement across multiple live projects. You’ll have the chance to work closely with clients and contractors while developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards chartership.
