Job Description:

An Assistant Quantity Surveyor role with an entrepreneurial opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up consultancy in Central London. Job Responsibility:

Work on landmark projects including £600m new build commercial office development, £70m & £30m office refurbishments, £50m high-end residential refurbishment, and multiple commercial & residential schemes (£2m-£10m)
Get hands-on mentorship directly from the Directors, who are industry leaders with a proven track record
Enjoy a clear progression pathway to Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor level as the team expands.

Requirements:

2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Good basic pre and post contract experience
RICS Accredited degree (ideally MSc or BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related field)
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to become chartered (MRICS support provided).
