Job Description:

A respected and growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent to join their team in London to work across a diverse range of residential and public sector projects.

Job Responsibility:

Support senior colleagues on new build, regeneration, and refurbishment schemes
Work closely with clients, contractors and design teams
Develop technical and client-facing skills in a structured and supportive environment

Requirements:

1-3 years’ experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Employer’s Agent within a consultancy or client-side setting
A relevant construction-related degree (e.g., BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management)
Good understanding of construction contracts, ideally JCT
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset
Keen to progress toward RICS Chartership (full support provided)

What we offer:

Salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office)
