Job Description:

An ambitious, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Glasgow office. With four successful UK offices and an exciting pipeline of projects, this practice works across commercial offices, large masterplanning schemes, residential developments, and industrial sheds.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with a team of 15 experienced professionals on a wide range of live projects
  • Gain hands-on exposure to both pre and post contract work
  • Progress through the APC pathway under the guidance of MRICS mentors

Requirements:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
  • Experience working in the property / real estate sectors
  • Valid UK Driving License
