Job Description:

An ambitious, multi-disciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant Manchester office, working on diverse projects and benefiting from tailored career development and APC support.

Job Responsibility:

Work across a wide variety of high-impact projects including High-End Residential, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors
Benefit from hands-on exposure, full lifecycle project involvement

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
Basic pre and post contract experience
Experience working in the property / real estate sectors
Valid UK Driving License
