Job Description:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor role in a rapidly expanding consultancy working on Retail, Residential, Mixed-Use, and Life Sciences projects with opportunities for career development and chartership support.

Job Responsibility:

Act as Project QS on smaller schemes up to £1m
Support Senior QSs and Directors on landmark projects – some exceeding £500m
Gain hands-on involvement across all project stages, from cost planning and take-offs to valuations and estimates

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Minimum 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Basic pre & post contract experience
The desire to manage smaller projects whilst assisting on larger
Ambition to become chartered
