Job Responsibility
Support the delivery of multiple projects across both pre- and post-contract stages
assist in preparing cost plans, procurement documentation, tender analysis, valuations, and final accounts
attend client and contractor meetings
contribute to reporting processes
support senior team members with commercial management duties across live schemes
assist with contract administration under JCT contracts
help maintain project budgets and programme objectives
Requirements
1-3 years' UK Quantity Surveying experience within consultancy or contractor environments
Exposure to residential, commercial, or refurbishment projects
degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related construction discipline preferred
knowledge of JCT contracts
strong communication skills
proactive and organised approach
eager to continue professional development
APC support available for candidates working towards MRICS status
