Job Description:

A nationally respected property and construction consultancy is expanding its Brighton team and is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them during an exciting period of growth. The role offers progression opportunities, mentorship from MRICS professionals, and the chance to work on diverse projects in numerous sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a wide range of £1m-£100m projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors
  • Gaining hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Bank Monitoring services

Requirements:

  • A Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
  • Ideally 1+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Placement year, internship, work experience etc
  • Basic pre & post contract experience
  • A valid UK driving licence & Local to Brighton or willing to relocate
