Job Description:

Do you enjoy being part of critical construction projects? A leading company in the FM industry is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Surrey to make a meaningful contribution. In this role, you will assist with key cost management tasks and support project managers to meet financial targets, ensuring project success.

Job Responsibility:

Support day-to-day activities of the Quantity Surveyor on various projects
Collaborate with Project Managers on building cost estimations and financial planning
Gather and analyse quotations from subcontractors to create budgets
Assist in preparing and submitting cost-related documentation to maintain project compliance

Requirements:

Relevant experience or knowledge of quantity surveying and cost management
Familiarity with NEC4 contract forms
Strong analytical skills to evaluate costings and contractor quotes
Effective communication skills for collaboration with various teams
