Job Description:

An award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with a dynamic, multidisciplinary firm that’s leading the way in delivering diverse and exciting projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on projects ranging from £1m to £25m
  • Take on additional responsibilities such as Project Management and Employer’s Agent work

Requirements:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1 year+ ideally)
  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally (or other Construction related degree)
  • Eager to work towards APC to become chartered
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
