Job Description:

An award-winning, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Holborn. This role offers structured development towards APC and chartership, while gaining hands-on experience across cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract cost management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with the full project lifecycle from feasibility through to completion
  • Working on super-prime residential refurbishments and large-scale new builds
  • Cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and post-contract cost management
  • Working closely with clients and design teams to drive successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK consultancy / PQS environment
  • Basic pre and post-contract experience
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Progressing towards APC (full support provided)
