Job Responsibility:
Support the commercial delivery of projects from early design stages through to completion
assist with cost planning, procurement, and tender analysis
contribute to contract administration duties
work alongside senior team members, clients, and design teams to help ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme
assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
Requirements:
1-3 years' experience within a consultancy or main contractor environment
basic understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
experience with JCT contracts is beneficial
degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is preferred
desire to work towards MRICS
detail-oriented
proactive
keen to develop within a technically strong consultancy
