Job Description:

A leading construction and property consultancy is looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Oxford team. With a strong UK and global presence, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse projects while working towards chartership and career progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support senior team members on a variety of projects in affordable housing, government, education, healthcare, private residential, hospitality, and sport
  • Assist with cost planning, contract administration, and project management
  • Gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract work

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • 1+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Basic Pre and Post Contract experience
  • A valid UK driving license is beneficial
  • Ambition to achieve Chartership
