Ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor? Ready to step up in a dynamic, growing consultancy? A top-tier, award-winning Construction & Property Consultancy is looking for a confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Newcastle office.

Job Responsibility:

Support and learn from experienced professionals on diverse, high-profile projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality-valued between £1m and £25m

Requirements:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1-2 years ideally)
  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally or other Construction related degree
  • Eager to work towards APC and obtain chartership
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
