Job Description:

A well-established and expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work across landmark projects, and fast-track your APC journey within a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Working on a variety of exciting projects across the Residential, Heritage, Leisure, Hotels, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors, with project values from £1m to £120m

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 1-2 years minimum)
  • Eager to work towards APC and become Chartered
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
