JLL is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management VIC team supporting a prestigious Mixed-Use, CBD asset. You'll support exceptional property performance and tenant experiences while executing key functions including lease administration, tenant communications, and financial processes, developing valuable commercial real estate skills alongside experienced professionals.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and monthly reports
Process accounts payable invoices and monitor tenant rental arrears
Review and manage tenancy schedules and assist with rent reviews and lease administration
Attend tenant meetings and liaise with tenants, contractors and owners
Issue purchase orders, setup contracts in JLL systems and ensure timely raising of charges
Provide general administration support and complete additional tasks as requested by the Property Manager
Requirements:
Demonstrate strong organisational capabilities and superior attention to detail
Be proactive, take initiative, and actively seek improvement opportunities
Set personal targets and monitor performance with supervisor guidance
Make suggestions for solutions that resolve problems or enhance operations
