Robert Half is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Property Manager who will support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of commercial properties. This role is responsible for supporting two property managers, coordinating tenant communications, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests, maintaining positive tenant relations
Schedule and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Help manage financial operations, such as rent collection, invoice processing, and budget tracking
Maintain accurate records and documentation for leases, maintenance, and financial transactions
Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding property management
Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Willingness to travel when necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Writing, proofing, editing and creating letters, documents, RFI’s, scopes of work, preferred
Transportation (car) required with current license and insurance
Nice to have:
Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred but not required
