Job Description:

Bay Management is seeking a Delinquency Specialist to join our growing team. Bay Property Management Group is one of the fastest growing and highly reviewed property management companies in the Mid-Atlantic. Job Responsibility:

Manage and track all delinquency, including scheduling and posting evictions
Work with our filing company to ensure timely filings and processing
Work directly with our application processor to send past tenants to collections
Required to go to court on behalf of the property managers for delinquency and other cases as needed
Track all property compliance
Provide keys to maintenance techs, leasing team, and vendors as needed
Other miscellaneous tasks to help the Regional Property Manager and Property Manager Department

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to read and write proficiently in English, Spanish a plus
Impeccable customer service skills
Advanced Sills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Ability to read and format spreadsheets
Able to problem solve independently and think quickly
Able to handle tense and emotional customers professionally
Time management skills
Extremely thorough and detail-oriented
Delinquency experience required
Ewrit experience is a plus

Nice to have:

Spanish a plus
Ewrit experience is a plus
