Our company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team in San Diego. You will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality tenant relations, assisting with property operations, and ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day activities across our properties.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with leasing activities, including showings, application processing, and lease administration
Support property inspections, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and service requests
Monitor rent collections, prepare deposit records, and help with delinquency follow-up
Maintain accurate property files, records, and financial documentation
Help organize move-ins/outs and coordinate turnover processes
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Assist the Property Manager with budgets, reporting, and special projects as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of property management or related administrative experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and customer service focus
Real Estate License or relevant certification a plus
