Job Responsibility:
Oversee property accounting and lease administration
Manage payments, compliance, and AP processes (including exception handling)
Act as a liaison between accounting, asset management, and third-party partners
Review and approve leases, COIs, and tenant-related billing
Track property payments, leasing activity, and financial documentation
Support monthly close, CAM reconciliations, and construction/escrow tracking
Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure policy adherence
Requirements:
5–8 years of property accounting experience
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong experience with lease administration and property operations
Proficiency with Yardi and related systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
