Job Responsibility

  • Oversee property accounting and lease administration
  • Manage payments, compliance, and AP processes (including exception handling)
  • Act as a liaison between accounting, asset management, and third-party partners
  • Review and approve leases, COIs, and tenant-related billing
  • Track property payments, leasing activity, and financial documentation
  • Support monthly close, CAM reconciliations, and construction/escrow tracking
  • Maintain accurate records across systems and ensure policy adherence

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of property accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong experience with lease administration and property operations
  • Proficiency with Yardi and related systems
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
