A forward-thinking property consultancy in Manchester is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join its expanding team. Job Responsibility:

Assist with budget tracking
Procurement
Contract administration
Reporting
Work on regeneration, infrastructure and commercial schemes
End-to-end project delivery

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Project Management or related field
1-2 years in a consultancy role
Intention to pursue MRICS or similar
Able to work effectively in a team
Organised and detail-oriented
