Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
Assist in coordinating projects, managing documentation, and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Attend project meetings, liaise with clients and contractors, and help monitor programme and cost performance
Support in risk management, reporting, and general project administration
Requirements:
Experience in a project support or Assistant Project Manager role within the built environment
Exposure to residential or commercial projects
Working towards MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive and motivated approach to learning and development
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
