Job Description:

Due to on-going business development, a construction consultancy is currently looking for a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their London office. The successful Assistant Project Manager will be involved in assisting in the administration of Healthcare, Residential, and Hotels Projects that can value up to £60m.

Job Responsibility:

Scheduling appointments
Design management to support the delivery of feasibility studies
Tracking the project’s progress from start to finish

Requirements:

Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
12+ months construction Project Management experience
Working towards professional chartership RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE
Previous Construction Consultancy Experience
Well spoken, eager to learn
