Job Description:

A leading multi-sector consultancy based in central Manchester is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join their growing North West team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to gain practical experience across residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the day-to-day management of live projects, including progress reporting, risk management, and budget monitoring
Prepare tender documents
Attend site meetings
Help to coordinate design teams

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction or property-related subject
1-2 years’ experience within a consultancy or client-side role
Working towards APM, RICS or CIOB chartership
Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
Good understanding of Microsoft Project or similar tools
