Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of capital and maintenance projects across the University’s estate
Support with planning, coordination, and administration of a wide range of estates projects, including refurbishment, fitout and maintenance schemes
Personally lead and manage smaller-scale estates projects
Requirements:
Construction project management knowledge
Formative experience in the construction and property industry in a building surveying, quantity surveying, design, engineering or construction project management role
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as the RIBA Plan of Work
