A respected and expanding construction consultancy based in central Manchester is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to work across a variety of exciting residential and commercial schemes. This role will allow the Assistant Project Manager to take on increasing responsibility and develop a strong client-facing presence.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the preparation of project programmes, reports, and contract documentation
Attending client and site meetings and producing meeting notes
Monitoring contractor progress and quality on site
Assisting with procurement, cost planning, and stakeholder engagement
Helping manage risk, change, and project documentation
Requirements:
A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a construction-related discipline
Previous experience in a consultancy or client-side role
Working towards MRICS or MAPM status
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong desire to grow within a structured consultancy environment
Nice to have:
Exposure to residential or commercial schemes preferred
