Job Description:

A forward-thinking construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager who is eager to gain experience across a wide variety of sectors, including education, housing, commercial and healthcare. The successful Assistant Project Manager will benefit from full chartership support and mentoring within a highly professional team. This is a great opportunity for a junior-level Assistant Project Manager looking to accelerate their learning and work towards managing their own schemes in future.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing project reports
Maintaining risk logs
Coordinating stakeholders
Attending site visits
Managing programmes

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction, or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in consultancy or client-side
Working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility
