Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy in North London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. The Project Manager will take ownership of schemes from feasibility through to completion, working with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager ready to progress in a consultancy that promotes from within.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects from initiation through to completion
Ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
Coordinate teams
Oversee budgets and programmes
Act as key client liaison
Lead delivery of residential and mixed-use developments
Take ownership of schemes from feasibility through to completion
Work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Project Management or related field
MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM preferred (or working towards)
3-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in residential or mixed-use projects beneficial

Nice to have:

Experience in residential or mixed-use projects beneficial
