Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy in North London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. The Project Manager will take ownership of schemes from feasibility through to completion, working with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager ready to progress in a consultancy that promotes from within.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion
  • Ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Coordinate teams
  • Oversee budgets and programmes
  • Act as key client liaison
  • Lead delivery of residential and mixed-use developments
  • Take ownership of schemes from feasibility through to completion
  • Work with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Project Management or related field
  • MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM preferred (or working towards)
  • 3-5 years' experience in a consultancy environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in residential or mixed-use projects beneficial
