Assistant Project Manager

• Supporting the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion
• Preparing project documentation
• Assisting with contract administration
• Managing stakeholder communication
• Helping deliver projects on time and to budget
• Working on new-build and refurbishment schemes

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related built environment discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in a project management or assistant project management role, ideally within a consultancy
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Ideally working towards or keen to pursue chartership via RICS or similar body
