The successful Assistant Project Manager will work closely with experienced senior professionals on projects from inception through to completion across the North West. This consultancy is looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager with previous consultancy experience and a genuine interest in residential and hospitality developments. Requirements:
Previous construction consultancy experience
Exposure to residential or hotel projects
Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Understanding of project delivery processes and JCT contracts
Ambition to progress towards MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
