Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing project programmes, budgets, and risks across multiple schemes
Coordinate design teams
Prepare reports
Support procurement processes
Attend meetings
Liaise with stakeholders
Ensure projects remain on track
Support contract administration duties
Monitor project performance
Ensure compliance with agreed objectives
Requirements:
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
Progress towards professional accreditation such as RICS, APM, or CIOB is highly desirable
Previous experience working as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar role within a consultancy environment is preferred
