Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in North London is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their established team. The Assistant Project Manager will support in the delivery of high-profile residential and commercial developments across the capital. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking to work in a client-facing role and gain experience on varied projects from inception to completion. The role involves assisting in key tasks such as contract administration and stakeholder coordination, and delivering projects up to £30m in value.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in contract administration
stakeholder coordination and reporting
delivering schemes up to £30m in value
supporting senior staff
managing risks and programme
producing key project documents

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction Project Management or related discipline
working towards or interested in MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM
1-3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
excellent communication and organisation skills
confidence dealing with stakeholders and clients
