Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or related field
PMP or CAPM certification a plus
Strong understanding of construction projects
Proficient in project management software
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Job Responsibility

Actively support the project management team in the planning and execution of construction projects
Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure project objectives are met
Utilize project management principles to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ensure all projects are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule
Play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines and budgets
Work closely with project managers to ensure effective project delivery
Handle and resolve any project-related inquiries promptly and efficiently
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
