Job Responsibility:
Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple schemes
Assist with cost control, programme management, risk management, and stakeholder liaison
Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project objectives
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Progress towards or ambition to achieve professional accreditation such as RICS, APM, or CIOB
Previous experience working as an Assistant Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong communication skills
Commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities
