Job Description:

A welcoming construction consultancy is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their London office due to continuous business growth. The Assistant Project Manager will be working on influential projects across the commercial, residential and hotel sectors including luxury developments and large-scale commercial offices, both in the city and Europe ranging from £20m to £40m.

Job Responsibility:

Monitoring the progress of the project from start to finish
Assisting with appointments and design management
Helping with delivery of feasibility studies

Requirements:

Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
Financial management skills and ability to monitor budgets
Driving Licence
Experience of working in a Project Management or Building Surveying role / environment (Desirable)
