Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing projects through all RIBA stages
Coordinate clients, contractors, and consultants
Support project planning
Track progress
Prepare reports
Attend site and client meetings
Contribute to procurement processes
Assist with contract administration
Help manage project risks
Requirements:
Prior construction consultancy experience
Degree in a construction-related discipline (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management)
Working towards or keen to pursue professional accreditation (RICS, APM, or CIOB) is highly advantageous
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
