Job Description:

A leading multidisciplinary design and construction consultancy based in London is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of residential-led regeneration and mixed-use developments across the capital. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a highly regarded practice known for its design quality, social impact and collaborative working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and urban regeneration schemes
Assist with project documentation, contract preparation, procurement support, risk management
Attend design team meetings
Work alongside senior consultants and technical teams on projects from feasibility to completion
Contract administration, programme monitoring, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Working towards or interested in pursuing APM, RICS or CIOB chartership
1-2 years' experience in a project management or consultancy environment
Exposure to residential or mixed-use development projects preferred
Strong communication and organisation skills
