Assistant project manager

• Assisting in the planning and oversight of construction and development activities
• Contributing to feasibility studies and project strategies
• Monitoring project progress and supporting budget management
• Liaising with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.) under the guidance of the Project Manager
• Assisting in the oversight of mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches
• Supporting the implementation of quality control processes and inspections
• Contributing to the preparation of project status reports
• Maintaining project documentation

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in property development
• Solid understanding of feasibility studies and project management principles
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team
• Experience in liaising with authorities, consultants, and contractors is an advantage
