Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with project managers, internal teams, clients and vendors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets
Prepare project documentation, status reports and meeting notes
Coordinate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and vendors
Help identify project risks, issues and delays, and support resolution efforts
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
Maintain project files, contracts, change orders and other records
Support procurement, invoicing and resource coordination as needed
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on action items
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering or a related field preferred
1+ years of project coordination or project management experience
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
experience with project management software is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
