Job Responsibility

  • Supports project management operations through comprehensive administrative and coordination functions
  • Documenting project communications via meeting minutes preparation
  • Coordinating project schedules and generating Critical Performance Indicator (CPI) reports
  • Maintaining letter logs and correspondence monitoring systems
  • Providing analytical support for management reporting requirements
  • Ensuring effective project communication flow
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Assisting senior management with data-driven decision making through report preparation and administrative oversight

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineer or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Assistant or administrative support work
  • Experience working with senior management (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Knowledge of electronic document management systems
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in English (required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling information
