A well-established construction consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their Manchester office. The Assistant Project Manager will support projects across the education, commercial and residential sectors. Working as part of a close-knit delivery team, the Assistant Project Manager will gain hands-on project experience from day one. Job Responsibility:
Preparing project documentation and client reports
Programme monitoring and site coordination
Assisting with consultant and contractor engagement
Supporting cost and risk management activities
JCT contract administration tasks
Attending project meetings and capturing minutes
Coordinating design team progress and updates
Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in a consultancy project management role
BSc/MSc in a construction-related discipline
Working towards MRICS or MAPM
Enthusiastic and professional in client-facing environments
Good understanding of project processes and design stages
