Job Description:

A growing consultancy located in Central London is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to support on a range of commercial and mixed-use schemes. This is an ideal role for an Assistant Project Manager looking to develop their career in a supportive environment that provides full APC support. The Assistant Project Manager will work alongside senior project leads and gain exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in contract administration
Project planning
Attending client meetings
Support in monitoring programme
Managing documentation
Liaising with design teams

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
Working towards chartership (RICS/APM)
1-2 years' consultancy experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Keen to grow within a structured team
