Job Description:

A national building consultancy is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager with a building surveying background to support delivery of industrial schemes. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager keen to develop their skills on high-value logistics and warehouse developments.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with project planning, contractor liaison, and on-site quality monitoring
Support senior project leads in delivering schemes across all RIBA stages
Focus on client reporting and contract admin

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying or Construction Management
Previous experience in industrial/logistics projects preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Working towards MRICS or similar
Willingness to travel UK-wide

Nice to have:

Previous experience in industrial/logistics projects
